6mm MDF board is easily cut and shaped with both hand and machine tools to provide a surface that is easily painted or decorated. MDF (Medium Density Fibre) is a widely used sheet material within the building and joinery industry.
This large sized 6mm MDF board is ideal for many interior DIY and professional projects. It’s widely used as backing panels for cupboards, wardrobes, and furniture, as well as bases for drawers. 6mm MDF is popular for decorative wall panels, shaker-style mouldings, and interior design details where a thinner board is required. It is often used as centre panels in internal cabinet or wardrobe doors.

MDF is manufactured from wood fibres, mixed with resin and waxes which are then hot pressed to the required thickness. These wood fibres are sourced from environmentally friendly sources.
We also offer cut-to-size in the a range of MDF thicknesses: 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 6mm and 12mm. We also supply full sized sheets of MDF, glass and acrylic.

Husqui offers delivery Monday to Friday across Mainland UK. Your order will be delivered within 5 working days – often sooner! Where possible, we provide a tracked service with a two-hour timed delivery slot.
Glass and MDF orders are only available on our own delivery network.
