What do you need to know about Husqui?

We are a small (but perfectly formed!) efficient team dedicated to providing our customers with excellent customer service throughout their customer journey with us. From website enquiries, sample requests through to orders and shipping arrangements, we are here to help. We can offer a friendly, personalised service to guide you through selecting the right products for your project, installation advice and delivery to ensure your interior or outdoor project is a success. Our company is built on over 25 years retail experience of our sister company, Mainline Mouldings. We have reliable manufacturing and established distribution partners developed and grown through Mainline. This enables us to offer a range of products we are very proud of, at an exceptionally good price, from a reliable, trusted source. We aim to be transparent with all our customers. Our product range is presented on our site in three categories: outdoor, indoor and DIY. Our decking and cladding products and their associated accessories can be found in the outdoor section. The indoor section contains our interior mouldings, skirting boards, coving and trim. And finally, you will find adhesives, ironmongery, paint brushes, tape measures and protective products in the DIY category.

Our composite board products and skirting board lengths have been selected because of their durability, ease of use and environmental credentials. It was important to Husqui to select products made from recycled materials and that can also be recycled. These products are also made in a manufacturing process that uses hydroelectric and solar power. We want to ensure that the products bearing the Husqui name have a sustainable lifecycle. Installation guides are currently in production with Rebecca, our Graphic Designer, and Richard, Husqui Operations Manager, making the final tweaks.

Sustainability and conservation are incredibly important – and rightly so. We wanted to make sustainability and environmental issues integral to Husqui, not an after thought. Husqui has been founded on the understanding that we, as a company, are minimising and eliminating our environmental impact. Alongside Mainline, Husqui has been working in partnership with Hillside Environmental Services. They are helping us to evaluate our carbon footprint because we want to address, change and be carbon neutral by 2025.

We will continue to invest in environmental improvements, setting objectives and working towards targets in our Environmental Plan. For example, we are working to use recycled and recyclable packaging, reducing single use plastic in our operations and installing solar panels to reduce our use of fossil fuels.
